Our range of services for our bi-monthly home sitting and property inspections include; but not limited to, home operating systems, reviewing drywall for moisture, looking for roof tile disturbances, irrigation/landscape review, exterminating review, security, electricity, air conditioning and plumbing functions, as well as post storm evaluations, but not limited to. We will identify and recommend regular maintenance programs to assure you that your home is in the finest working order when you come home to stay. We provide regular email alerts with commentary, recommended maintenance, and plans for the upcoming seasons. The inspections are professional and timely, affording our clients the confidence of knowing that their home and property are being well taken care of, thus making the time you spend in your home with friends and family worry free.
Optional Services
Provide estimates for: home improvements, landscape maintenance, remodeling, additions, painting, pressure washing, window cleaning, shutter installations, and any other home related repairs or improvements, as well as accept deliveries and arrange for vehicle service and detailing.
